Unlocking the Secrets of WeChat’s Discover Tab
Previously, we covered posting Moments posts and chatting with friends. Now, let’s dive into the beating heart of WeChat – the Discover tab. This is where the magic happens, connections are created, and exciting opportunities unfold.
We’ll explore WeChat Moments, where your friends’ posts come to life. Plus, we’ll review features like scanning, shaking, nearby, and top stories within the Discover tab. Get ready to uncover new content, meet other WeChat users, and wrap it all up with excellent mini-programs that’ll add fun to your life. In this lesson, we will start with WeChat Moments and explain how to share articles in the Moments posts.

WeChat Moments
The first option on top of this page is WeChat Moments. This will lead you to the main WeChat feed with your friend’s latest post.
Your friends can post articles, videos, or just text messages.
You can give your friend feedback by pressing the two dots below the post and pressing the heart icon or comment option.
You can save videos or photos that you like directly to your mobile.
Press on the picture your friend shared. Then, save the image or add it to your favorites so you can view it in your favorites file.
When you find an excellent article or video on WeChat and want to share it with the world, follow those steps.
How to find and share articles on WeChat
1. Open WeChat and go to the Discover tab.
2. Press on Search.
3. Write the subject you are curious about.
4. You can search for an article or use the filter at the top of your screen. You can enter official (brand and company) accounts and read an article there.
5. You can choose the articles section and the one you like.
6. After pressing the article, go to the three dots in the top right of your screen and choose to send to a private chat or share on moments.
