This tiny code does big things – you can use it to pay, add friends, translate, and check out prices. Just like your particular ID, this code is unique to you. Show it to others; they can easily add you as a friend by scanning it.

Edit WeChat QR code design
1. Go to Me
2. Choose my profile
3. Press on my QR code
4. Tap on the Three dots on the top right part of the screen
5. You will have those options:
- Change style
- Save to phone
- Scan QR code
- Reset QR code
Change style will show you WeChat’s QR code template. Choose the design you want.
Save to phone
By pressing on it, you will save your QR code to your phone. It is very useful to keep it and then send it to your friends to scan it and add you as their WeChat friend.
QR Code for business
Design a great QR code that helps you promote yourself and your business. Why not put your logo or business name in the center of the QR code? I must show you a trick for that. After you save the QR code to your phone, could you send it to your email or mobile? Then, using a snipping tool or edit app, cut the square with your profile photo above the QR code. Now, duplicate it and put it in the center of the QR code. Save it.
You have just created, in 5 minutes, a QR code that could stand out and be shown to the world as a promotion for yourself and your business!

Scanning other friends’ QR codes is the best way to add new contacts, especially when meeting new friends. Just ask them if they have WeChat and if you can scan their code.
Now that you have added a new friend, you can use the tickle trick! When you open a chat conversation with this friend, double-click on his photo. You will see the note that you have tickled his (according to his tickle name)! you can double-click on your photo on the chat and
Reset QR Code
Do not press the reset QR code. If you press it, your previous QR code will expire, and all your old conversations and documents will no longer be relevant. You never want that to happen.
