Setting up a voiceprint is smart; I recommend you to do it.
As someone who deals with many passwords, I find this is a great way to log in by repeating a few digits.
Emergency contacts
Choose at least three users who can help retrieve your account if needed. If you don’t have more than two friends, it’s time to get friendly!

The safest way not to be locked out from your account is to link at least one of those options, and you will be perfectly fine. I connected my email by simply going to my email and pressing the link. That’s it. Now I can breathe.
